FAQs
01
How much do you charge?
Rates are based on $850/day. Pricing estimates are based on creative requirements and deliverables. Book out specific days or we can agree on a fixed rate. Let's talk about your project and I can quickly get you an estimate.
02
Why should I hire a Senior Motion Designer?
Expert freelancers who cost more, will actually save you money and time.
Mid and Junior level freelancers may cost less $, but will cost more of you and your team's time to manage them. Get ready for uncertain work schedules, poor communication, countless revisions. In the end, cheaper freelancers may be 2x more expensive. Working with me, you get to leverage my 15 years of experience - I get it done 2x faster, without taking any extra time away from your creative team.
03
What's a typical timeline for Motion Design work?
It depends on your projects, and how many deliverables and how complex – Most typical projects I’m on last 5-10 business days. Less often, but still common are 6-8 weeks. I can offer dedicated time for your project or can be flexible and accommodate an unpredictable project.
04
What sort of response times can I expect?
I’m on PST time (based in Los Angeles, CA). I respond quickly through email 10am-6pm PST. I can also get connected on Slack, Monday.com or other Project Management Software to better communicate.
05
What type of Video Producers do you typically work with?
I work with Video Producers fulfilling projects for Top Brands, through various Creative Agencies – Marketing Firms, Design Studios, in-house Brand Teams, and boutique Video Production companies.

Why should I hire you? What makes you unique?
TALENT & EXPERIENCE: You leverage my rich experience of 15 years, working with over 75 clients on over 30 Top Brands, and delivering over 550 successful projects . I know what it takes to create Motion Design on-budget, on-schedule that gets client-approval fast.
SWISS ARMY KNIFE: I can also switch gears from Motion Designer, to Graphic Designer, to Video Editor or offer Creative Direction support in storyboarding, VO, Music and SFX - whatever is needed to keep the projects moving forward without needing to take time away from your in-house creative team.
SMOOTH WORKFLOW: I bend over backwards to make communication easy for you in the formats that work best for you (without complaining). I've worked with the best (and also the worst) and value organization and teamwork. Believe me, I've worked with and hired freelancers who needed babysitting, arm-twisting, repeat reminders and just have a poor attitude. I bring a positive can-do attitude, the ability to spot and solve problems, and willingness to make the work fun and easy.
